Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MUST Technology Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore (“MUST”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in connection with the website at https://must.com.sg (the “Website”), in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

  • Contact form data — when you submit our contact form we collect your name, company name / UEN, work email, phone number and the message you write.
  • Correspondence — emails and messages you send us.
  • Technical data — our hosting and content-delivery providers keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability purposes.

This Website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. We measure aggregate traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first tool that does not profile individual visitors. If you arrive via a marketing link, we may record the campaign parameters contained in that link (for example utm_source) together with your enquiry, so we know which channel it came from.

2. How we use personal data

We use the data above to:

  • respond to your enquiry and provide the readiness check you requested;
  • prepare quotations and deliver the services you engage us for;
  • send you information about InvoiceNow readiness and MUST services where you have consented (each such message includes a way to opt out); and
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

3. Disclosure to service providers

We use a small number of processors to operate the Website: form submissions are delivered to us via FormSubmit (form relay), and the Website is served through Cloudflare (DNS, content delivery) on infrastructure we operate. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us. Some providers may process data outside Singapore; where they do, we take steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

4. Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter as required for legal or accounting purposes, after which it is deleted.

5. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect personal data in our possession against unauthorised access, use or disclosure.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to our continued use of it (which may affect our ability to serve you). To exercise these rights, contact our data protection contact below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The version published on this page, with its “Last updated” date, applies.
