Operations & cost control
Spend less on the work nobody should be doing by hand
Rosters, timesheets, claims, levies and the weekly report do not need a person retyping them. MUST runs that work every day across sites and countries — for a flat yearly fee that does not grow with headcount.
Do the maths
Same work. Two very different bills.
Hiring one more admin
That is S$42,120 a year, CPF included
- S$3,000 salary plus 17% employer CPF
- Annual leave and MC still need covering
- Available during office hours only
- Manual entry means occasional errors
- When they leave, the process leaves with them
Letting MUST do the repetitive part
One yearly licence — flat, not per employee
- AI reads receipts and fills the claim
- CPF, SDL and levies calculated automatically
- Monday morning summary, written and sent for you
- Shifts generated, attendance reconciled nightly
- Runs 24/7 — same price whether you add 5 staff or 50
A small fraction of one hire. Software does not replace your people — it takes the repetitive work off them so they can do the part that actually needs judgement.
Four things operators actually ask us for
Different words in every industry, the same four problems underneath.
See overtime building up before the month closes, not after payroll runs. Claim rules enforced at the moment of submission. CPF, SDL and foreign worker levies computed from real attendance instead of estimates.
The repetitive half of admin — data entry, chasing, copying last month forward — runs on its own. Your people approve and decide instead of retype.
Who is on site, who is qualified for it, who is close to their hour limits, and where tomorrow has no cover. Across multiple sites, entities and countries in one view.
Overnight it reconciles punches, regenerates rosters, scores compliance and flags anomalies. Monday morning you get a written summary of what changed — you are told what happened, not asked what to do.
Built for workforces that are not sitting at desks
The pattern repeats wherever people work in shifts, across sites, or on the move.
Logistics & delivery
Driver hours, mileage claims from real routes, multi-depot rosters, subcontractor cost.
F&B and retail chains
Part-timer rosters across outlets, split shifts, hourly cost per outlet, POS and stock.
Construction & facilities
GPS clock-in at site, permits and certifications, levy exposure, crew deployment.
Engineering & field service
Crews deployed to client sites, overtime approvals, labour cost per project.
Manufacturing
Rotating shift patterns, shift allowances, headcount planned against production.
Professional services
Billable time, expense claims with receipts, GST and InvoiceNow-ready invoicing.
What is already running, today
Every item below is live in MUST — not a roadmap.
Staff photograph a receipt. Amount, date and merchant are read on-device, the claim is filled in, and the photo is checked for legibility before it submits.
CPF, SDL and levies computed from the actual payroll run, with ceilings applied. Itemised payslips out the other side.
Recurring shift patterns generate themselves from templates, instead of last month being copied forward by hand.
Missed punches, anomalies and unusual patterns are found overnight — not discovered on payroll day.
Staff type where they went. Distance and reimbursement come from live routing data — no odometer photos, no arguments.
Last week of attendance, exceptions and trends, summarised in writing and emailed to managers before the week starts.
About two weeks, start to running
We look at what your team retypes
A short working session on the tasks eating the most hours. If automation will not save you real time, we will say so.
Configured with your data
Your sites, shift patterns, claim policies and pay items — configuration, not custom code.
One cycle side by side
Run one payroll or claims cycle alongside your current process and compare the two before switching.
It keeps running
Local support in Singapore when something needs a human, covered by the licence. Training days are quoted up front, not billed by surprise.
Fair questions
Does this mean laying people off?
Usually the opposite. The same team stops spending afternoons on data entry and picks up work that was being neglected. The comparison above is about the next hire you would otherwise need, not the people you already have.
Our operation is unusual. Will it fit?
Shift patterns, claim rules, levies and pay items are configuration rather than custom code. If something genuinely does not fit, we will tell you in the first session, not after you have paid.
How much of this is really AI?
Concretely: receipts are read by a model, the weekly brief is written by one, and anomaly scoring is statistical. The rest is scheduled automation doing reliable work reliably. We would rather describe it accurately than call everything an agent.
Does the price rise as we grow?
Plans are priced per user, not per employee, and the automation costs the same whether you have 20 staff or 200. Exact tiers are on the pricing page.
We operate in more than one country.
MUST runs today across Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan, with the contribution and holiday rules of each handled separately rather than bolted on.
See it run on your own numbers
Bring one real payroll run, a month of rosters, or a stack of claims. Twenty minutes is enough to tell whether this saves you anything — and if it does not, you will know that too.
