Pricing

Priced by the line, not by the bundle

Software is licensed per year and per user. Setting it up is professional services, quoted as a fixed number of days before anyone starts. Nothing is hidden inside a package price.

Every line priced separately

Software is licensed per year. Implementation and training are professional services, charged by the day. We are updating our published rates, so each line is quoted individually right now — you still see what every part costs before you commit to any of it, and your invoice reads exactly like this page.

Quoted in Singapore dollars. Licence fees run 12 months from your go-live date. Professional services are quoted as a fixed number of days before work starts, so the first invoice holds no surprises.

Pricing questions, answered

Why is setup charged separately instead of being included?

Two reasons, and the second one saves you money. First, work that is described as free has no price to put on a quote, so you cannot tell what you are actually getting. Second, government co-funding is assessed on itemised invoices — an implementation cost buried inside a licence fee cannot be claimed for. Charging it as a visible line keeps it eligible.

How many days will my setup take?

Most SMEs need three to five days of implementation and one to two days of training. We scope it in the first session and quote a fixed number of days before starting. If it turns out to need fewer, you are invoiced for fewer.

Can I start small and add modules later?

The licence covers accounting, GST, inventory, CRM, payroll and HR from day one — there is no module to buy later. Switch on what you need when you need it. Your data carries over because everything shares one database.

Do government grants reduce these prices?

They may reduce what you pay, depending on your profile: InvoiceNow transition support of S$1,000–5,000, PSG co-funding on eligible solutions, and from October 2026 the combined EDGE grant. Eligibility is decided by the agencies, not by us, and support is claimed against itemised invoices — which is how we bill. We issue the quotation your application needs; grant rules require you to submit the application yourself.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — book a demo and we set up a trial environment with your own data sample, so you evaluate the real thing rather than a canned demo. There is no charge until you decide to go ahead.

What does switching from my current software cost?

Moving your chart of accounts, customers, products and open balances is part of the implementation days, not a separate bill. Most SMEs go live within two to four weeks without disrupting daily operations.

Does the price go up as we grow?

Only with users, and the per-user rate drops from the eleventh user onward. The system costs the same to run whether you have 20 staff or 200 — only the number of people logging in changes.
