HR SOFTWARE & HR SYSTEM · SINGAPORE

HR software that replaces the spreadsheet, not the HR person

An established SME in Singapore already has an HR person, an admin or an office manager, and they spend their week on attendance, leave and claims by hand. MUST takes that work off the desk: staff record it on the phone, managers approve it in one queue, and payroll reads the result.

Today

Where the hours go

The HR spreadsheet is the system

Attendance, leave balances and claims reconciled by one person, by hand, every month.

Approvals happen in chat

Leave asked for on WhatsApp, approved on WhatsApp, and forgotten when payroll runs.

Managers cannot see the team

Who is in, who is late, who is on leave: answered by phone call, not by a screen.

With MUST

What changes

Attendance records itself

Mobile clock-in with GPS, so lateness, OT and site are on the record without a timesheet.

One screen for managers

Live attendance, lateness and OT at a glance, plus one queue for leave and claims with a full audit trail.

A Monday morning AI brief

Managers open the week with the numbers that matter, written for them, instead of pulling a report.

How HR admin leaves the desk

One human approval. Everything else computed.

  • 1 · Attendance records itself

Staff clock in on the phone with GPS. Lateness, OT and site are on the record the moment it happens.

  • 2 · Approvals happen in one queue

Leave and claims land in the manager queue, approved in two taps, with a full audit trail.

  • 3 · Payroll computes from clean data

Approved hours, OT and leave flow into MUST Payroll. CPF, SDL and SHG are computed by age band and wage ceiling.

  • 4 · Payslips, GIRO file, year-end

Itemised payslips go to every phone, the bank file is generated from the approved run, and twelve clean months feed IR8A.

Questions, answered

Our staff are not office workers. Will they use it?

MUST HRMS runs every working day for hundreds of workers across Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan, many of them on site. Clock-in is a tap, onboarding is multi-language, and payslips arrive on the same phone.

How long does rollout take for an SME?

Most teams go live within a week. We import the staff list, departments and leave balances from Excel, configure leave types, sites, shifts and approval chains with you, and staff install the app from a QR code.

Does HR data flow into payroll?

Yes. Approved hours, OT and leave land in MUST Payroll untouched by hand, and the whole MUST suite shares one database.

How is personal data handled?

Role-based access and encryption in transit, aligned with the Singapore PDPA. Salary data is visible to exactly who should see it.
